🏷️ Automated Messages & Badge Rules
Configure the messages sent to buyers and the rules that determine which badges (CUSMA, Local Pickup, etc.) appear on orders.
✓ CUSMA Customs Request Message
This message is sent to buyers when you click a badge (or automatically if auto-send is enabled). It requests their customs/importer information.
📋 Origin/Destination Badge Rules
Define rules for when badges appear on orders. Each rule checks if the product's origin country AND shipping destination match.
📦 Local Pickup Local Pickup Detection
Orders are marked as "Local Pickup" when the shipping service contains any of these keywords.
🌍 Non-USMCA Non-USMCA Badge
The Non-USMCA badge automatically appears for international shipments outside the CUSMA trade zone. This badge is shown when the destination is NOT in the CUSMA countries, or when shipping to a CUSMA country but the product origin is NOT a CUSMA country.
📧 Email Bounce Detection
Scan Gmail for bounced/undeliverable emails and automatically block those addresses from future campaigns.
Enable Gmail push notifications to automatically detect bounces in real-time.
📝 Order Note Notifications
Send text messages when notes are added to orders. Messages include the note content and a link to the order.
Recipients for Note Notifications
Select which phone numbers should receive note notifications. These are the same numbers configured above for Ready to Ship notifications.
📦 Shopify Inventory Adjustment
Control whether this system actually adjusts inventory levels on Shopify. When disabled, all operations are simulated (useful for testing).
When disabled, approving orders will mark them as "Ready to Ship" but will NOT reduce inventory on Shopify. This is ideal for development/testing environments where you don't want to affect live inventory.
📍 Ship From Location
Set your warehouse/shipping location. This is used to determine CUSMA (USMCA) certificate requirements for cross-border shipments.
Update Ship From Location
CUSMA (USMCA) certificates are required when shipping across borders between US, Canada, and Mexico. The system automatically displays a ✓ CUSMA badge on orders that need certification based on your ship-from location and customer's destination.
📄 Exporter CUSMA Details
Manage the exporter information that will appear on your CUSMA/USMCA certificates. These values are reused across all qualifying orders.

📡 Webhook Event Log
View recent Gmail and eBay webhook callbacks received by the system. Useful for debugging push notifications and auto-processing.
🔄 Order Reconciliation
Compare orders in eBay with your local database to find and import any missing orders. This helps ensure your database stays in sync with eBay.
The system fetches all orders from eBay for the selected period and compares them to your local database. Any orders found on eBay but not in your database are reported. Use "Check & Import Missing" to automatically import them.
